DIY Bride and Squad Champagne Flutes for Bachelorette Parties, Bridesmaid Gifts, and Getting Ready on your Wedding Day #wineandsprinklesdiy #bridesquad #diywedding

To join our Bride and Tribe Flutes in the Bridesmaid Proposal Glassware Projects, their cousin the Bride and Squad Flutes! Champagne Flutes are a great choice for Bachelorette Parties, as well as for Bridesmaid Proposals or holding getting ready drinks the morning of your wedding!

I made my bride flute in Silver Glitter Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, and the squad flutes in Oracal 651 Purple Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, and the colors turned out perfect! But you could easily make dozens of different combinations to perfectly match your wedding or bachelorette colors. This is also a great project to start with if you haven’t done much vinyl transfer on curved surfaces before, the decal is easy to weed and the stemless flutes are much easier to align and transfer to than wine glasses.

  1. After downloading the cut files, import them into the Cricut Software. After creating a new project, select Upload Image. Select the file you wish to upload and it will automatically take you to the final upload screen, where you can name the file, then select Save.

  2. Cut the design(s) in your choice of permanent adhesive vinyl with the Vinyl Setting on your Cricut. The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos, but if you want to change the size to whatever you like.

3. Once the designs are cut, weed away the extra vinyl and cut a piece of transfer tape to 2" x 5". Cut away any excess backing from the vinyl design and smooth transfer tape over the design. Align the “squad” decals with one of the 0.5” blocks of the transfer tape to the left of the decal and one block along the bottom of the letters “uad.” Align the “bride” decal with two blocks to the left of the decal,  and one block along the bottom of the “id.” This will make it easier to place it properly on the glasses later.

4. After smoothing the transfer tape of the designs with the smoother tool, remove the transfer tape from the backing, lifting the design with the transfer tape.

5. Using the transfer tape as a spacer, smooth the design onto the flutes, aligning the short side of the transfer tape along the top edge of the glasses. I adhered mine as shown below, with the tape parallel to the top of the glass just under the rim.

6. Once the transfer tape is aligned along the top, smooth it onto the glass from top to bottom. I smoothed mine by tracing the letters from top to bottom until the entire design was smoothed onto the flute.

7. Once the design has been smoothed and all air bubbles are removed, remove the transfer tape to leave the design on the flute. Repeat the process for all the remaining flutes.

These decals are easy to weed and good project for beginners working on curved surfaces. While the tumblers are a curved surface, the cylindrical shape makes the transfer pretty easy. The bride decal was cut is Oracal 651 Gold Permanent Adhesive Vinyl with the bride squad cut in Glitter SeaFoam Green, which may be one of my new favorite color combinations!

I Do Crew DIY Bridal Party Wine Glasses for Bridesmaid Proposals, Bridesmaid Gifts, or Bachelorette Party Favors #wineandsprinklesdiy #diywedding #idocrew

I always seem to get enamored with different little phrases to describe your bridal party, and this year was no different. Once I heard the phrase “I Do Crew,” I wanted (and succeeded) to put it on everything bridesmaid! So the first in a selection of the I Do Crew Projects coming out this year, I started with the perfect choice for a bridesmaid proposal, a wine glass! Wine glasses are a super cute way to invite your maids and are a particular favorite of mine because they are so easy to package into cute little boxes!

I made the decals in Glitter Seafoam Green Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, and I love how they turned out! Wine Glasses can be a little tricky to transfer to, so cut a couple extra decals and take your time with the transfer, starting in the middle of the design and working outward, once you get the hang of it it’s not too tricky!

For those of you that may want to create more personalized designs,  I used the font Bebas Kai for the “I Do” and the font Rachella Script for the “crew” lettering on the Decals, which you can download for free at dafont.com.

The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos, but if you want to change the size you can do so to fit another sized glass than the ones we recommend.

  3. Once the designs are cut, weed away the extra vinyl and cut a piece of transfer tape to 3.25" x 3". Cut away any excess backing from the vinyl design and smooth transfer tape over the design, aligning the bottom of the first set of blocks along the top of the text, as shown. Using the smoother tool, smooth the tape over the vinyl, removing any air bubbles.

4. Remove the transfer tape, making sure that the whole of the design transfers from the vinyl backing to the transfer tape.

5. Now, transfer the design to your glass. Arrange the decal on about the middle of the glass, then smooth the design around the curve of the glass from the middle of the design to the edges. Smooth any air bubbles out of the vinyl, but don’t worry about the crinkling of the transfer tape with the curved surface.

Bridal Party tumblers are always a great choice for Bridesmaid Proposals, Gifts, or as Bachelorette Party Favors, so we had to add to our collection of decals! Since we are starting the year with some fun projects to invite your bridal party to the wedding fun, our first tumbler project of the year are these Bridal Party Arrow Decal Tumblers.

The whimsical arrow decals are easy to weed and a great project for beginners. While the tumblers are a curved surface, the cylindrical shape makes the transfer far easier than wine glasses. The bride decal was cut is Silver Glitter Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, complemented by the maid of honor and bridesmaids tumblers in Lilac and Purple Permanent Adhesive Vinyl.

There's no better way to celebrate the New Year, and hopefully a New Years or Christmas Proposal, than a toast is some fun glittery DIY champagne flutes. These Bride and Tribe stemless flutes are a great choice for Bridesmaid Proposals, Gifts, or as Bachelorette Party Favors!

I made my bride flute in Oracal 651 White Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, and since I couldn’t decide between the Glitter Seafoam Green and the Glitter Rose Gold Vinyl, I ended up making Tribe decals in both colors! You may even see magically, some may say accidentally, that the flute switches colors part way through the tutorial!

This is also a great project to start with if you haven’t done much vinyl transfer on curved surfaces before, the decal is easy to weed and the stemless flutes are much easier to align and transfer to than wine glasses.

For those of you that may want to create more personalized designs,  I used the font Breamcatcher for the Bride and Tribe Decals, which you can download for free at dafont.com.

DIY HTV Iron On I Washed Up like this Bachelorette Tank Tops #bachelorette #beachbachelorette #svgfiles

Beachy Bachelorette Parties are never complete without some beachy matching tank tops! These tank tops would work wonderfully for a nautical, cruise ship, or beach Bachelorette Party!

For the Bride tank top, I used Mermaid Blue Glitter HTV for the Bottle and Jade Easyweed HTV for the lettering. For the Bridesmaids tanks, I kept the same color for the lettering and switched up the bottle color to Turquoise Easyweed HTV.

4. Iron your tank top to remove any creases, then center the design over the top half of the tank top. Arrange the design shiny side up, then cover with parchment paper. Make sure to keep the parchment paper between the design and the iron.

5. Set your Iron to the second Highest setting and press the the iron down firmly on the design, not ironing but rather using it as a small heat press. I worked from the upper left to lower right on the design, pressing the iron on each part of the design for at least 30 seconds, then overlapping the last position as you move the iron across the design.

DIY Love is Brewing HTV Iron On Koozies

Love is Brewing DIY Wedding Koozies #koozies #diywedding #weddingfavor

Koozies are always fun for wedding favors, and these “Love is Brewing” Koozies are a great choice for the craft brew loving Bride and Groom!

These designs aren’t hard to weed but I would recommend only using Easyweed Heat Transfer Vinyl as opposed to the Glitter HTV since some of holes in the text are small. If you have to make a bunch its nice to have a group to help you weed them since that’s the most time intensive part of this project.

1. After downloading the cut files, import them into the Cricut Software. After creating a new project, select Upload Image. Select the file you wish to upload and it will automatically take you to the final upload screen, where you can name the file the select Save. The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos, but if you want to change the size you can do so to fit the koozies the way you like.

3. Weed the additional material off of the backing material so that, looking down with the shiny side up, you can see your design with the correct orientation.

4. Center the design in the middle of the koozie. Arrange the design shiny side up, then cover with parchment paper. Make sure to keep the parchment paper between the design and the iron.

5. Set your Iron to the second Highest setting and press the the iron down firmly on the design, not ironing but rather using it as a small heat press. The koozie design should be completely covered by the iron. Pressing the iron on the design for 15 - 30 seconds, mine took only 20 seconds. :) I’m always a little nervous ironing koozies, so I check them every 5 second or so until the design has transferred. :)

Of all the Beachy Bachelorette themes, my absolute favorite has to be a Mermaid Bachelorette! While brainstorming for one of my friend’s Mermaid Bachelorette Party, these scaley tail tank tops came to be! :)

I used Jade Glitter HTV for the Mer-Maids and Mer-Maid of Honor, and Silver Glitter HTV for the Bride’s! These tank tops are the perfect fit for any Mermaid Bachelorette Beach day or Bar Crawl!

DIY HTV Iron On Bride's Beaches Bachelorette Tank Tops #bachelorette #beachbachelorette #svgfiles

We have a bunch of beachy bachelorette tanks the next couple weeks and we are starting out with one of my favorites, some Brides Beaches Tank Tops! These tank tops are perfect for any beach going Bachelorette and her whole crew! :)

I used (very appropriately named) Mermaid Blue Glitter HTV on a Warm Gray tank top and I love how they turned out! These are also easy designs for those who are still beginners to the weeding and HTV world, I had zero issues weeding or transferring them. :)

1. After downloading the cut files, import them into the Cricut Software. After creating a new project, select Upload Image. Select the file you wish to upload and it will automatically take you to the final upload screen, where you can name the file the select Save. The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos, but if you want to change the size you can do so to fit the tank tops the way you like.

2. After selecting “Make It” Make sure to select the Mirror Mode on the cutting screen. Cut the design in your choice of heat transfer vinyl with the Iron On (for Easyweed Vinyl) or Iron On+ (for Glitter Vinyl) Setting on your Cricut, with the shiny side of the material down.

3. Weed the additional material off of the backing material so that, looking down with the shiny side up, you can see your design with the correct orientation.

DIY HTV Iron On Bride's Beaches Bachelorette Tank Tops #bachelorette #beachbachelorette #svgfiles

I worked from the upper left to lower right on the design, pressing the iron on each part of the design for at least 20-30 seconds, then overlapping the last position as you move the iron across the design.

6. Remove the backing from the design, leaving the design on the tank top.

7. Repeat with all remaining tank tops! :) You can find more designs for your bridal party in our Tank Top Projects! :)

Nothing like celebrating your fiancee status than with a fun tank top, so we had to include another option after creating our Engaged AF Tank Top! :)

I made the decal with Gold Confetti Glitter HTV but any color would come out great! This is an easy decal to weed and is a great beginner project if you haven’t done a lot of HTV Projects before. :)

If you already have a Cricut, this project is also much more affordable than buying one, which is always a plus!. :) You can also check out our other Tank Top Projects Here!

DIY That's what She Said Bachelorette Flasks #bachelorette #flasks #thatswhatshesaid

Group Flasks are always a fun choice for a bachelorette party and these “That’s what she said” Flasks are no exception! I just had to add in a set with my favorite bachelorette saying!

For these I used Amethyst Glitter Permanant Vinyl for the group flasks and Oracal 651 White Vinyl for the Bridal Flask, but making them again I might make the Bridal Flask a Glitter vinyl as well. :)

See more of our Flask Projects Here!

1. After downloading the cut files, import them into the Cricut Software. After creating a new project, select Upload Image. Select the file you wish to upload and it will automatically take you to the final upload screen, where you can name the file the select Save.

2. Cut the design(s) in your choice of permanent adhesive vinyl with the Vinyl Setting on your Cricut. The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos.

DIY That's what She Said Bachelorette Flasks #bachelorette #flasks #thatswhatshesaid

3. Once the designs are cut, weed away the extra vinyl and cut a piece of transfer tape to 3.5" x 4". Cut away any excess backing from the vinyl design and smooth transfer tape over the design, aligning it along the top of the text with one of the 1/2” blocks just below the underside of the “t’s” of your text as show below. Using the smoother tool, smooth the tape to the vinyl, removing any air bubbles.

4. Now, transfer the design to your flask. Remove the transfer tape from the vinyl backing, transferring the vinyl design to the transfer tape.

5. Align the design on the flask along the bottom of the flask as shown above. Smooth the design onto the flask, once again using the smoother to remove any air bubbles.

6. Remove the transfer tape to leave the design on the flask, then repeat the process for all the additional flasks.

I made these in Oracal 651 Gold Vinyl, which worked well and was easy to weed the small designs. In addition, its easiest to smooth the design from the middle to the top, then middle to the bottom to deal with the curvature of the glass. Luckily the fonts on these glasses were easy to transfer and are a good project to step up your curved surface vinyl transferring game!

As we near the end of our Bachelorette Party Projects week, it’s time to celebrate with new wine glass decals! Since I wanted to make something to go with my Wine Puns Tank Tops, these Wine Pun Glasses were the perfect fit.

I made a total of 6 different designs and they turned out great! I would recommend Metallic or Glitter vinyls on these glasses, the words make both types show up well on the glasses.

The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos, but if you want to change the size you can do so to fit another sized glass than the ones we recommend. :)

3. Once the designs are cut, weed away the extra vinyl and cut a piece of transfer tape to 3" x 3.5". Cut away any excess backing from the vinyl design and smooth transfer tape over the design, aligning it along the top of the text, as shown in the pictures below. I also aligned mine so that four sets of the 1/2” blocks on the transfer tape were above the text so the it was easy to align on the glass. Using the smoother tool, smooth the tape to the vinyl, removing any air bubbles.

6. Remove the transfer tape to leave the design on the glass. Any additional bubbles in the design can now be smoothed out with either your fingers or the smoother tool. Repeat the process with all remaining wine glasses.

And now you have the perfect wine glasses to celebrate with your maids or to use during a wine night! Looking for more wine glass fun, check out out other Wine Glass Projects here!

4. Remove the transfer tape, making sure that the whole of the design transfers from the vinyl backing to the transfer tape.

5. Now, transfer the design to your glass. align the top of the transfer tape to the lip of the glass, as shown below. Smooth down the middle of the transfer tape to about the middle of the design, then smooth the design around the curve of the glass from the middle of the design to the edges. Smooth any air bubbles out of the vinyl, but don’t worry about the crinkling of the transfer tape with the curved surface.

DIY NOLA and Bourbon St Lamp Post Bachelorette Skinny Tumblers

DIY Bourbon Street and NOLA Lamp Post Skinny Tumbler #bachelorette #nola #svgfiles

I’ve been wanting to start designing a set of Destination Bachelorette Skinny Tumblers, so when I found out my sister in law is having her bachelorette in New Orleans, these tumblers were born!

The files are designed in the colors you see these tumblers and will automatically sort the decals onto separate sheets based on their colors.

For my tumblers, I used Oracal 651 Gold Metallic Vinyl for the Bridesmaid and Maid of Honor Decals, Oracal 651 White Vinyl for the Bride Decals and Oracal 651 Black Vinyl for the lamp posts and I absolutely adore them! While they are pretty easy to weed, it does take some practice to get them perfectly vertical, so grid lined transfer tape is a must!

The SVG Files are sized so that they will automatically cut to the size you see in the photos, but if you want to change the size you can. :)

3. Once the designs are cut, weed away the extra vinyl and cut a piece of transfer tape to 2.5" x 7.5". Cut away any excess backing from the vinyl design and smooth transfer tape over the design, aligning it along the left side of the pole of the lamp post and along the top of the bottom lip of the lamp post, as shown below. Using the smoother tool, smooth the tape to the vinyl, removing any air bubbles. The transfer tape should overlap the backing of the design, so that you can stick the tape to an object with the backing still on the design.

DIY Bourbon Street and NOLA Lamp Post Skinny Tumbler #bachelorette #nola #svgfiles

4. Now, transfer the design to your tumbler. If you are comfortable transferring longer designs, you can remove the decal from the backing directly and place on the tumbler, aligning the top of the transfer tape along the lip of the tumbler, as shown below. I found it easiest to first place the transfer tape with both the decal and backing on the tumbler. Once they were placed satisfactorily, I lifted the transfer tape and decal while making sure the transfer tape wasn’t fully removed from the tumbler. Then remove the backing and replace the decal and transfer tape as before to transfer the design to the tumbler Arrange the design in the middle of the tumbler with the top of the transfer tape along the top lip of the tumbler.

5. Working from the the top and working to the bottom of the lamp post, smooth the design onto the tumbler. Because the surface is curved, focus on the vinyl smoothly transferring than your transfer tape looking nice and neat; however, the backing should flatten out with little trouble, at least it did for me! :) Once the design is set, remove the transfer tape from the tumbler, leaving the first part of the design on the tumbler.

6. Now, cut a piece of transfer tape to 2.5" x 5.5" for the Bridesmaid and Maid of Honor text decals and 2.5” x 3.5” for the Bride text decal. Cut away any excess backing from the vinyl design and smooth transfer tape over the design, aligning it along the left and bottom sides of the of the text with one set of the 1/2” blocks to the left and below the decal, as shown above. Using the smoother tool, smooth the tape to the vinyl, removing any air bubbles. The transfer tape should overlap the backing of the design, so that you can stick the tape to an object with the backing still on the design.

7. Place the transfer tape with both the decal and backing on the tumbler, aligning it with the right edge of the pole of the lamp post as well as along the bottom of the lamp post for the Bridesmaid and Maid of Honor Tumblers. Since the “Bride” text is shorter, it is aligned along the top of the barrel and the left edge of the pole of the lamp post, as shown above.

DIY Bride Squad Iron On Bachelorette Tank Tops #bridesquad #svgfiles #htvvinyl

This week is a week of Bachelorette Party Projects! :) While these Bride Squad tank tops can be used for many bridal events or as a Bridesmaid Proposal Tank top, I love them for a casual beachy bachelorette too!

For the Bride Squad Tank Tops, I used a Lilac Tank top with Easyweed Purple HTV and for the Bride I used a White Glitter HTV on a Warm Gray tank top and I love how they turned out! These are also easy designs for those who are still beginners to the weeding and HTV world, I had zero issues weeding or transferring them. :)

1. After downloading the cut files, import them into the Cricut Software. After creating a new project, select Upload Image.

4. Iron your tank top to remove any creases, then center the design over the top half of the tank top. Arrange the design shiny side up, then cover with parchment paper. Make sure to keep the parchment paper between the design and the iron.

Be Our Guest Macaron Box DIY Wedding Favors #diywedding #svgfiles #macaron

Nothing says springtime to be than macarons, and these lovely “Be our Guest” macarons have the added bonus of being an ode to my favorite fairy tale story set in France. :) These classy and whimsical wedding favors are perfect for setting at place settings for your guests to see as they sit down to dinner!

I chose Oracal 651 Gold and Silver Vinyl for my decals and made my own strawberry and lemon macarons to fill them with! While the lemon macarons were my favorite, I think I like the pink macarons with gold lettering most! :)

5. Aligning the transfer tape along the bottom edge of the clear window on the sleeve of the box, place the design in the middle of the window. With the tape aligning the top, I was able to center it in the window pretty easily and its also decently forgiving if its not exactly right, as long as the top is aligned.

6. Smooth the design on the window, using your fingers to smooth each letter onto the plastic.

7. Remove the transfer tape, leaving the design on the sleeve.

With the sleeves complete, next it is time to fold the boxes that will hold the macaroons! It took me a little trial and error to get it right so I will share it here as well, since my boxes didn’t come with instructions. I did my best on the description and took lots of pictures so hopefully it will help you as well if you are having trouble! :)

Box Assembly

Since these boxes are the same as my Love is Sweet Macaron Favor Boxes, I’m using those pictures! :)

1. Start by folding all of the lines on the box, as shown below. This will make the box easier to bend later and help you see how it goes together.

Be Our Guest Macaron Box DIY Wedding Favors #diywedding #svgfiles #macaron

2. Taking the long edge, tuck in the two short middle flaps on the side, then fold over the wall and tuck the edge flap under the wall, forming the lengthwise wall as shown below. Repeat for both lengthwise walls.

3. Taking the end flaps on each of the lengthwise walls, hook them together to form the shorter wall of the box. once they are locked in, fold the last side flap over the wall, tucking the end flap under to complete the short wall of the box.

4. Once the boxes are made, fill them with macaroons, and then slide your sleeves over the cookies to finish the favors. I would recommend making all your sleeves and boxes beforehand, then filling them with their cookies the night before or morning of your event. :)
